This year’s Carrizo Plain Christmas Bird Count is scheduled for Saturday December 28, 2019. Please circle and save the date. This count is separate from the Morro Bay CBC.
Both counts are part of a continent-wide citizen-science effort sponsored by National Audubon. The published results are used to assess long-term changes in the distribution and population of wintering birds.

It's easy to register, and we need birders of all experience levels.
Non-members are welcome to participate too, but all counters must be registered.
